Problems, recalls, prices and costs vary by model year, trim, mileage and region, so always confirm them for your exact vehicle (for recalls, check your VIN at nhtsa.gov).

Buyer and owner first

We do not sell cars. Our guides point out known problem years, recalls to check and the points where an independent inspection or a qualified mechanic should take over.

Updates and corrections

Articles are reviewed and updated when information changes. Reader corrections are checked and fixed when confirmed.
